Jamal Ageli is a German photographer and video artist based between Frankfurt(Main) and Amsterdam. His works are shaped by an early love for optics and light, growing up in nature and the urge to find the most extraordinary aspects of our existence on this planet. By observing science and technology that shape our future, his vision leads him to create images full of colour, contrast and abstraction that reveal the scale of life and our relationship with the surrounding world. Making use of photography and cinema, he worked on commissions for various clients worldwide and has presented his work in multiple exhibitions. Jamal is selected artist for the Moon Gallery – the first exhibition on the Moon, and recently published his first book Terms and Conditions, filled with astrophotography by his hand.
